Navratri is round the corner and the Radisson Blu hotel in Guwahati has launched a special Navratri Thali to celebrate the event. This special meal will be available at the Cafe B-You located in the hotel premises. It will be served in the restaurant from 12 PM to 11:30 PM from March 21 and March 30.
The festival is a very special occasion for a section of the Hindu population in the country. Apart from other celebrations, season special cuisines are also important parts of the celebrations. The festival is celebrated for nine-days.
The restaurant authorities mentioned that the thali will serve a host of special cuisines as a part of the Navratri Thali. Some of the items in the menu include Sabudana Khichdi, Kuttu ki Puri, Aloo Jeera, Lauki ki Sabzi, Singhare ki Kadhi and Samak Rice. A special dessert made from sabudana and coconut milk is also a part of special thali.
They also mentioned that the chefs of the have taken the necessary steps to ensure the taste and quality of the dishes. The usage of the freshest ingredients is the key to the perfect preparation for each dish mentioned the authorities. And it is served just like a home-cooked meal.
The Navratri Thali will be available only for a limited time. So the enthusiasts are encouraged to visit the hotel soon to experience the unique and delicious meal.
