Zupee, the skill-based casual gaming company, has announced a strategic partnership with Jio Platforms Limited. This enables integration of products in a future-ready ecosystem reaching over 450 million users. Jio users will now have access to Zupee’s repository of online skill-based games and other innovative products.
The new partnership will put emphasis on rolling out more quality games in multiple languages towards making Zupee the biggest gaming platform in India. Zupee is looking to capture as much of the 5G market as possible with partnership with Jio. Zupee products will also be made available to JioPhone customers, providing it the biggest reach of all gaming companies in India and push the fastest growing gaming start-up into the biggest gaming company in the country.
The gaming company collected US$ 102 million Series B funding round, with another US$ 30 million that was already raised. Its has over 70 million downloads in India and the new capital raise will help it grow its reach significantly.Funds will be utilized for developing new products, enhancing experiences, expansion, marketing penetration, research and innovation. In the year 2022, the company aims to develop new forms of purposeful entertainment that can engage, empower and entertain the users.
