Lunglei Battalion of 23 Sector Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), organised a Lecture cum Interactive Session on Ginger Processing & Kitchen Gardening for inhabitants of the Border Village Lungbun Dist -Saiha in Mizoram on Tuesday.
The aim of the lecture is to encourage and assist local people with knowledge on availability of raw materials,market, source of technology, planting techniques and machinery suppliers for processing. During the lecture people were briefed about importance of kitchen garden and its usage.
The subject Lecture cum Interactive Session was attended by a strength of 18 villagers.
