ITC Hotels chain has joined hands with online delivery platform Zomato to provide luxury dining experiences to the customers at home.
Under this partnership, Zomato will provide ‘contactless’ deliveries on all pre-paid orders. Also, the patrons of ITC Hotels will have the option of Takeaway menus via Zomato. Through this partnership, the hotel chain aims to boost the pan-India delivery of their cuisines.
ITC Hotel have recently come up with a unique culinary offering – Gourmet Couch. Under this initiative, the hotel chain offers a luxury dining experience which exclusively curated menus from signature brands, delivered at the guest’s residence under strict ‘WeAssure’ hygiene and safety protocol.
Speaking on the occasion, Anil Chadha, COO, ITC Hotels, said, “As part of ITC Hotels, Responsible Luxury initiative, the ‘WeAssure’ programme follows a stringent hygiene and safety protocol for pan-India home delivery of food to their valued guests. The collaboration with Zomato will further assist us in responsibly delivering our unique culinary experiences using their advanced distribution network across the country.”
The Covid-19 pandemic had made people rethink about their eating-out priorities. Earlier, the ITC group have also partnered with Swiggy for similar kind of service.
