Radisson Blu Guwahati organised an event on Tuesday to celebrated the victory of Nayanjyoti Saikia in MasterChef India Season 7. The hotel congratulated him and thanked him for bringing pride to the entire Northeast region. They also thanked him for taking Assamese cuisine to the world with his culinary expertise.
They also appreciated his taking of the regional cuisines of the Northeast to national and global levels. And to mark the occasion, the hotel hosted a special lunch in his honour. He was also felicitated in the presence of several guests.
Nayanjyoti Saikia met with the senior management of the hotel on the occasion. He also interacted with the hotel staff and shared his experience with them. He also highlighted how the different cuisines from the region helped him move ahead. The diversity in the culinary culture of the region helped him move ahead and grab eyeballs. And this is what helped him gain the love and respect of the judges and audience alike.
