Sanjevani Hospital Guwahati had set up an IVF Department some time back. The IVF Department of the popular hospital located in Maligaon completed one year. Medical Director, Dr. Amit Agarwal and Managing Director Dr. Bhaben Choudhury were also present with the department staff on the occasion in the hospital premises.
Under the capable guidance of the senior consultant Dr Ashish Dhirasaria, the department has many success stories under its belt. On the occasion of the first anniversary, many of these successful parents visited the hospital and celebrated the day with the team. They also thanked Dr Ashish Dhirasaria and his department for making the dream of parenthood a reality.
On the occasion, Dr Ashish Dhirasaria thanked all the parents as well as the team for making the department such a great success. He also expressed his happiness over the success rate over the past year.
The 25th of July is observed as the World IVF Day in order to make this technology more popular and acceptable in the modern day. Given the modern day physical as well as mental stress, fertility has become a problem for a lot of couples. Sanjevani Hospital have taken parents from across Northeast India. Few international patients from Hongkong, Bangladesh and West Africa are also included in their list.
