A fourteen day Workshop on Cinematic Fighting will be organised in Guwahati in the coming weeks. The martial arts experts of the Local Utpaat fame will be the trainers in this workshop.
Local Utpaat was the latest production from the Kenny DB films. It was a action comedy film showcasing the day to day activities of the Assamese society. The movie highlighted some of the problems of the modern day society. Viewers and enthusiasts across the globe widely accepted and supported this film. This made Local Utpaat the most profitable Assamese movie of the year.
Local Utpaat was the third film of the same genre from the production house after the two editions of Local Kungfu. The key attractions of the movie included its multiple martial arts based fighting sequences woven with perfect comic timing. Even Vidyut Jammwal applauded their work few months back. And the success of the this movie inspired many youth and film making enthusiasts to use the same. To that end few core members of the team have decided to organize this workshop on cinematic fighting.
Bibhash Sinha and Montu Deori will be the key instructors to this workshop. While Amar Singh Deori and Kenny Deori Basumatary will be joining the workshop as guest instructors. They will host the event from the 12th to the 27th of September in the Sri Sai Dance Center on Rajgarh Road. They will take the classes in the morning hours everyday from 6 AM to 9 AM.
