Shillong: The 4th Edition of The Hills Festival- Spirit of Meghalaya will be hosted on the 1st and 2nd December 2023. The organisers have announced the lineup of artists for the upcoming festival. Artists across diverse genres of music will be performing at the Hills Festival-Spirit of Meghalaya. Day 1 Passes cost Rs 999, Day 2 Passes cost Rs 1099 and Festival Season Pass cost Rs 1799.
SDVP, the Canadian Indian artist will be performing at the event and will bring a unique flavour to the event. This artist opened for 50 Cent in a performance in Mumbai. Headliners for the Hill Festival- Spirit of Meghalaya include several well-known names. These include Nikhil D’Souza, known for his popular Bollywood hits. With 5 million listeners on Spotify, he has several well-acclaimed numbers with hits in millions. Anoushka Maskey will be performing to enthrill the lovers of the Indie Music Genre. She is an independent singer-songwriter based in Sikkim and Mumbai.
Tsumyoki, the winner of 2023’s award MTV Europe Music Awards in the Best Indian Local Act will also perform. Other artists including Parimal Shais, Roman Kyn and several others are all set to set the stage on fire.
The event also aims to provide a platform to the local artists. As such Reble aka Daiaphi Lamare will be performing in the Hills Festival. The dynamic duo producer Adiel Massar aka adL and rapper Dappest, Dappest x adL will also perform. McLivin also known as Eli Budnah, a talented musician, DJ, and remixer is set to entertain his mass fan base in Shillong.
Keeping in line with the rising popularity of electronic music in the state, the Hills Festival- Spirit of Meghalaya will have an Electronic Hills Stage. This stage will feature the innovative beats of Blot!, a pioneer in the electronic music scene. Other artists to performing on this stage include Nida, who has played on the biggest stages. Smokey, a powerhouse DJ and music producer from Mumbai will also perform. Other artists to perform on the electronic stage are Film, Demiurgic, Arpan, Varun, Nishant and others.
