The seventh edition of the Falcon Festival will be hosted this year on the 19th and 20th of November on the Golf Course ground of Tumbung in Umrangso of the Dima Hasao District of Assam.
Organized by the Falcon Festival celebration Committee 2021, this event is powered by the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council. The core aim of this event is to invite more and more people to the region and establish it as a tourism hub of the state.
Main attractions of this event include a helicopter tour of the beautiful Umrangso region. Food, music and fashion are also important parts of this event. Nature enthusiasts can go for birding and site seeing tours while adventure junkies can go cycling or boating or try their hands on an All Terrain Vehicle.
Maintaining strict COVID-19 protocols, only vaccinated people will be allowed to attend this two day extravaganza. Masks and social distancing will also be compulsory during the two day event.
Tickets of the event will be available online on Book My Show and physically at the venue. They will also be available in the committee office in Haflong.
Enthusiasts can also explore the Hornbill Festival of Nagaland and the Majuli Music Festival of Assam.
