Nandini Gupta from Kota in Rajasthan has been named the winner of Miss India 2023. The 19-years-old girl is now the 59th winner of the prestigious beauty pageant.
She was declared the winner of the Miss India 2023 beauty contest on Saturday night. Nandina Gupta was crowned the winner. Shreya Poonja from New Delhi was declared the first runners up and local girl Thounaojam Strela Luwang was named the second runners up for the annual beauty pageant. This year’s edition had a special meaning for the people of Northeast India. The final rounds of the pageant was hosted in the state of Manipur. Also the final event was carried out at the Indoor Stadium of Khuman Lampak in the capital city Imphal.
As a part of the event, the contestants had an exposure to the beautiful culture and traditions of Manipur. They also traveled to some of the most iconic destinations of the state. Shoots were carried out at the Loktak Lake as well as the Imma Market of the state. Both of them are iconic travel destinations in the state.
