The Great Kabab Factory in the Radission Blu hotel plans to give the people of Guwahati unique culinary experience. They want to bring together the flavors from Lucknow and Hyderabad under the Nizami Nawabi Food Festival. The ten day festival begins tomorrow .

Awadhi cuisines come from the Awadh region of the state of Uttar Pradesh and has a unique style of cooking. And Hyderabadi cuisine is all about rich taste, texture and aromas created for the Nizams of Hyderabad.
Some of the items on the non-vegetarian include Hyderabadi Patharke Phool ki Chop. Hazratganj ki Talli Machhi, Haleem, Awadhi Murgh Burrah, Falaknooma Chooza and Kakori Kabab. Also Tar Gosht and Hyderabadi Chicken Mandi will be included. Several vegetarian items are also included in the menu like Nilgiri Paneer Tikka and Kamal Kakdike Goolar Kabab. Ghutwa Soya Kabab, Charminari Subz Haleem, Bhutte Badam ki Seekh, Hyderabadi Subz Mandi and Paneer Mirch ka Salan are also included. The desert menu includes Khubani ka Meetha, Shahi Tukda and Badam ka Sheera
Each day of the event will see the presentation of a different menu for the guests. This will be valid for the takers for both vegetarian or non-vegetarian. Apart from these items, the restaurant’s signature kababs will remain available for the takers. A choice of dal, biryani and Indian breads will also be available during the festival.
