This is a temporary permission for retail sale of these products.

No traders will be allowed to sell firecrackers in any location except these location. Strict no sale order on footpath, roads and congested residential areas
Other traders having their own exclusive premises which fulfill all the norms under Explosive Acts and relevant rules may also be allowed to sell firecrackers subject to all the terms and condition within their premises subject to fulfillment of conditions set by the Police Commissionerate.
