Flybig Airlines will be offering services to help people fly to and from isolated and remote areas of Northeast amid the ongoing pandemic.
Under Ude Desh ka Aam Nagarik (UDAN) project, the Airlines have offered sectors in some of the isolated places of Northeast. Specially in mountaibn state of Arunachal Pradesh. A plan has also been proposed to have a base in Guwahati, Assam.
The flight services will be launched in these sectors of Northeast. These are typically not airports but airstrips where the ATRs cannot operate.
As per reports, commercial operations may start from mid October in the Northeastern region under the scheme.
