Alfresco Grand, the luxury floating restaurant on the Brahmaputra River is all set to resume its services from the 19th of October . The cruise services were suspended since the lock downs amidst the Covid – 19 infection scare.
Starting from Monday, it will be offering two cruises daily on the Brahmaputra river. The first one being the Sunset Cruise from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. While the second one being the Night Cruise from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Alfresco Grand offers an excellent view of the busy city and its beautiful riverbank from its cruises. Apart from the cruise itself, they also have an excellent spread of multiple varieties of cuisine and also a bar.
It is the oldest river cruise of the region. And also one of the most awarded tourism related ventures of Assam.
They also host corporate events, picnics, birthdays and a variety of other events onboard the cruise as well as on the sand banks of the river. Cultural programs like traditional dance, music and drama are also organised on board the cruise for the entertainment of the guests.
